probably the best for now is to just use SuperPitch to lift the pitch by a couple of semitones. A proper male to female voice changing algorithm is not included I'm afraid

hi, I'm afraid I don't have an algorithm for gender changing effects. I'm actually working on a new version though that provides background sound-effects, which may enable your hisses or purrs

just found this program not long ago and i role-play over skype with friends

often the players will be playing other races or sexes

was wondering if there will be more add-on's that could help with this

most often need to make males sound like females

I am starting the program i also registered the skyp4com.dll included in the folder but when i press ont he skype icon to start the program i get this error " Attachment Status apiAttachRefused "any help please :D

SkypeVoiceChanger doesn't make any changes to your Windows configuration. It sounds like you have changed your default recording device.

You can uninstall SkypeVoiceChanger in your add-remove programs, assuming you installed it as a click-once application

How Can I uninstall THIS ?

I ran SkypeVoiceCHanger.exe and allowed it to connect to skype. Now both skype and Windows native recording all record constant static noise and don't pick up the voice all.

This program has somehow hacked my voice recoding configuration on the whole windows machine ? Help to uninstall please.

Running Win 7 64 bit, skype 5.1

im getting the following message when i execute the Skypevoicechanger.exe :

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate the application."

windows XP pro -sp3

skype version 5.10.0.115

hii i tried to run the code SKYPE VOICE CHANGER-->SOURCE CODE

it got executed but the image is not displayed to test the applicaton.it is just giving a blank document.kindly help me over this issue

the only thing you could do is up the pitch of your voice by a few semi-tones

skype voice changer does not include that effect. it would consist probably of filtering the sound (which you could do with EQ) and adding some backgound noise. However, Skype may attempt to remove the background noise and thus spoil the effect.

it changes your voice on the other end, so you won't hear a change

the unhandled exception is likely a bug in one of the sliders

this is a sample application that went with a programming article. I hope to find time to make it into a more user-friendly application at some point in the future
