Commented Issue: conflict with evaer [7100]

Dear
There is a program for skype named AS evaer this software record all skype calls
but the problem that Skype Voice Changer (SVC) wont work while this software is running,
SVC appeare to working fine with no error but the voice is not changing at all and I have to exit evaer to be able to use the other software
Please try to find a fix for this

I have all the app update to date

I hope to make a version of SkypeVoiceChanger that can record calls in the future.

Same results on two computers with same Skype update version. Windows XP with all updates on both systems. Error report below:
